Kevin Federline weight gain

TMZ reports that Kevin Federline has officially signed on to do the next season of “Celebrity Fit Club.”

Federline has gained an enormous amount of weight since his marriage to Britney Spears. Kevin wants to shed the fat and that is why he has joined the VH1 weight-loss reality show, located in Simi Valley, CA.

Celebrities Bobby Brown, Nicole Eggert and Shar Jackson will also join him in their weight loss quest as well.

After Kevin sheds some weight, maybe he should look into mesotherapy or Smartlipo.

Holly Madison In Life & Style Magazine

Holly Madison recently appeared in Life & Style Magazine.  She told the magazine, “Yeah, I had my boobs and nose done, now look at me! I can shimmy across a Vegas stage topless with confidence!”

“Growing up, the last thing Holly expected was to be flat-chested,” the article’s “Cinderella story” section reports.

“While that didn’t stop her from becoming head cheerleader, she says she often flipped through Playboy magazine and dreamed of being a curvy pinup one day.”

Looks like dreams do come true.

Holly decided to get surgery only after moving into the Playboy Mansion. “Living with Hef brought down my self-esteem a lot,” she says. “I was comparing myself to the other girls. Hef always said he didn’t want me to get anything done.”

She did have the realization though after surgery that “Beauty is on the inside. Looks don’t define you—they’re just a tool to get what you want.”

She’ll plans to tour school sharing that message.

Demi Moore denies she’s had hundreds of thousands of dollars in plastic surgery.

Moore recently responded to some unbelievable comments people have made by Twittering Monday night. She admits that having her three daughters has left her with stretch marks and extra skin.

Moore replied to a person who claimed that Moore could not go from stretch marks and saggy skin, once seen in an old paparazzi shot taken of her at the beach, to the beautiful body she now has.

Demi’s response?

“I still have excess skin & stretch marks!”

When someone responded to that remark with disbelief, saying she did not, Moore followed up with, “Ahh hate to break it to you but I do. Comes with having a few kids 4 some of us!”

Before her recent twitter comments, a few days earlier Moore, 46, gave an interview in which she denied having anything done, stating:

‘It’s completely false – I’ve never had it done,’ said Moore, adding: ‘But I would never judge those who have. If it’s the best thing for them, then I don’t see a problem.

‘On the other hand, I don’t like the idea of having an operation to hold up the ageing process – it’s a way to combat your neurosis. The scalpel won’t make you happy…

‘That said, the day when I start crying when I look at myself in the mirror might be the day when I’m less adamant about not having it done. For the moment I prefer to be a beautiful woman of my age than try desperately to look 30.’

Actress Daryl Hannah, age 48, looks like she has lost weight and has had recent plastic surgery.

She may have undergone liposuction as well as had various cosmetic surgery procedures to the face.

The latest photo from August 2009 shows a thinner and more youthful face. The difference is dramatic from the earlier before pictures!  This is some of the best work I have seen.  She looks good!

It has been estimated that 30 percent of Miss Universe contestants have had some sort of cosmetic work or plastic surgery done prior to the competition.

I would say that breast augmentation may be the most obvious.  We can’t say for certain which contestants have had actual cosmetic work done, but the women are beautiful.

According to a Fox News article: “A source close to the Donald Trump-owned Miss Universe Organization [says] that not only is elective [plastic] surgery allowed, but it is quietly encouraged.”

Paula Abdul

Several plastic surgeons have speculated that Paula Abdul has had plastic surgery.

If  true, then she had absolutely flawless work done. So good job to the surgeons if it is true.

The following are comments that are strictly professional opinions.

Plastic surgeon Anthony Youn writes in his blog, “I see two major plastic surgery possibilities. First, her nose looks thinner and shorter, possibly due to a rhinoplasty. Second, her eyebrows appear to have that arched ‘Botox Brow’ look.”

Dr. Sherrell Aston in a feature article on MakeMeHeal.com stated, “I agree Paula Abdul appears to have had a rhinoplasty, upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, and breast augmentation. Her jaw line contour is very good for [her] age so it is possible she has had a short incision facelift…. She is pretty smooth between the eyebrows so I suspect a little Botox and she may have had subtle fillers.”

Their is still no word as to whether Paula Abdul will return to American Idol for season 9, but the season doesn’t air until January 2010. She has entertained multiple offers such as Dancing with the Stars and Australian Idol but has not accepted any new offers.

My bet is that there will be last minute negotiations and she will return to American Idol.

When I read this story about Martial Arts fighter, Marcus Davis, on Plastic Surgery News, I went OMG! Now there is a new plastic surgery procedure that can minimize bleeding during a violent fight.

It’s amazing what one will subject themselves to in the name of their career, sport, etc. in  regards to one’s body and health. I thought I heard it all, but apparently not.

Plastic Surgery News reports that Marcus Davis, a mixed martial arts fighter and previous contestant on The Ultimate Fighter 2, is using an innovative plastic surgery technique to minimize bleeding from injuries sustained in the ring.

According to Plastic Surgery news a new kind of elective plastic surgery is being used as a way of minimizing bleeding that occurs during violent professional fights. Instead of simply managing scar tissue, some fighters claim, surgery could replace it and renew stability in facial areas that have been badly lacerated. This could give many professional fighters not just a way to bleed less when they do get hit – but also more confidence when they enter the ring.

Marcus-Davis-240209A new surgical technique, still in development, could be just the thing for professional fighters who want to reduce how much they bleed in the ring.

Boxer and mixed martial arts fighter Marcus Davis is just one of many contact-sport athletes who recently have undergone elective plastic surgery to make their skin – especially skin on the face and around the eyes – less prone to bleeding when they get cut during a fight.

In Davis’ case, this involved slightly reducing the size of the bones around his eye sockets and then replacing scar tissue in that same area with collagen that had come from the skin of cadavers. Davis said the results made all the difference in his future fights.

This method is still pending analysis from medical researchers, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons has nothing to say about it until further testing is done.

Dr Mehmet Oz and Oprah Winfrey

According to the Wall Street Journal, Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Mehmet Oz are suing 30 companies, stating that these companies are selling products under false recommendations made by the talk show host and the Columbia University Medical Center doctor.

I’m sure many of you have received emails or have seen ads which state: “As seen on Oprah”.

I myself have seen products claiming weight loss, diet secrets, nutrition, anti aging, health and beauty enhancement just to name a few that use Oprah and Dr. Oz’s names to endorse their products allegedly without any permission.

One of the biggest false claims has been from Acai Berry.

Acai berry was marketed as the answer to weight loss, sexual dysfunction and even longer life. Whenever you add Oprah’s name to a product as an endorsement, it sells like wildfire. Customers are being duped because Oprah and Dr. Oz have no affiliation with these products, yet consumers are seeing Dr Oz’s face on these products.

Plaintiffs seek to stop the unauthorized and unlawful use of Dr. Oz’s and Ms. Winfrey’s names, pictures, voices and identities,” the lawsuit reads, according to The WSJ.

The lawsuit was filed in a U.S. District Court in New York City on Wednesday and claims these companies — selling dietary supplements, anti-wrinkle creams, tooth whitening and colon cleansers — were fabricating quotes from Winfrey and Dr. Oz, in addition to falsely endorsing in the voice of the TV personalities about the brands and products, The Wall Street Journal reports.

Dr. Oz was a popular guest on the Oprah show for many years and will be debuting his own program, called “The Dr. Oz Show,” on FOX, beginning on September 14.

Jessica Simpson speaks out about her weight and body image plus her recent breakup with Dallas quarterback Tony Romo in a recent Glamour magazine interview.

“It’s not fair that women look in the mirror and feel disgust because of what society has made them believe about beauty. I’ve been through it myself and understand the pressures. We’re all facing the same struggles together, whether you’re a celebrity or not.”

“When I was young, I would look at magazines and feel a lot of pressure. As a child of 12, I would write things in my journal like, ‘I’m lying here and all I can think about is that my stomach is hanging over my underwear.’ That disturbs me even today!”

While she was still with Tony Romo at the time of the interview and photo shoot, Jessica had a  sense that a breakup was on the horizon. “If this article comes out and we’re not together, I’d still love [Tony], and he’d still be a huge part of who I am today,” Jessica told Glamour’s Laurie Sandell.

Jessica cherishes what Tony Romo told her when they were together. ‘Jessica, at the end of your life, the only thing that’s going to flash through your mind and heart is your husband, kids, family, and the people you love. You’re not going to think, I wish I’d done this with my career. And I’m not going to remember how many touchdown passes I threw or if I won the Super Bowl.’
