Aniston’s first nose job was done twelve years ago when she had her deviated septum corrected surgically. But apparently, Aniston did not like the result of the first operation and has been contemplating to have another nose job ever since the first procedure. It was even written in one tabloid that Aniston was heard to say that her first nose job was lousy and that the plastic surgeon left her with a still too-wide nose.

On the 20th of January 2007, Aniston was reportedly seen going out of the clinic of Dr. Raj Kanodia sporting fresh bruises down the length of her right eyebrow towards the tip of her nose as well as her upper lip. Apparently, she had made an appointment with one of Beverly Hills’ famous plastic surgeons to finally repair the “lousy” first nose job done twelve years ago.

When asked if the rumor was true, both Aniston and her rep confirmed that the actress, indeed, had a second procedure done to her nose to correct the incorrectly repaired deviated septum.

Aniston’s plastic surgery is an example of a nose job well done.

Hudson credits Weight Watchers and her baby son, David Daniel Otunga, Jr., for taking her in a new healthy direction. Hudson tracks her progress using the official Weight Watchers iPhone app and has praised the diet for its effects on her shape. ..

The singer and actress recently appeared on GMA to discuss her newfound weight loss.

“It’s about balance,” Hudson explained on the show, emphasizing her decision to “make better life choices, health choices, and just create a good example for him growing up.”

Hudson’s new Weight Watcher’s commercial highlights the Weight Watchers regimen.

The singer and actress also hired high-profile personal trainer Harley Pasternak for near-daily workouts. “Her middle, thighs, and butt are more toned than ever,” Pasternak told Us Weekly of his sessions with the Best Supporting Actress Oscar-winner. “She’s excited about her body.”

According to Liz Josefsberg, Hudson’s Weight Watchers leader, the “American Idol” finalist lost weight at an average of half a pound to two pounds a week, a very healthy and safe pace. Josefsberg explains that many Weight Watchers clients begin exercising while on the program, in an all-around shift towards a healthier lifestyle. “It’s not uncommon for our members to become more active. You can’t do one without the other. You change the way you eat and then you must become more active.”

On her official website this week Jane, 72, wrote:

“Bob Evans complimented me on my new, short haircut and I said, “Thanks. I just had some ‘work’ done on my chin and neck and had the bags taken away from under my eyes so I decided it would be good to get a new hair cut so people will think it’s my new hair.” He thought that was so funny he actually toasted me for doing what he said he’d never heard anyone do before: admit they’d had work done. I was planning on blogging about it anyway so who cares? I’m writing a book about aging so I couldn’t very well NOT talk about it. It’s been 2 weeks. I was in front of the camera all day yesterday and was photographed at Eve Ensler’s luncheon 9 days after the procedure so, obviously, it went well. I swore in 2000 I’d never have anything done again but this year I got tired of not looking like how I feel and I wanted a more refined chin line like I used to have so I changed my mind. I’m still a little swollen but not much and what pleases me is that I won’t looked pulled or weird…or tired all the time. And my crows feet are still alive and well. Solange Magnano, former Miss Argentina, dies after plastic surgery

It appears that the liquid injected into her buttocks “went to her lungs and brain” and she suffered a pulmonary embolism the day after her surgery.

Authorities say the cause of death is still under investigation.

Solange won the Miss Argentina crown back in 1994 and had gone on to create her own modeling agency.

Still, not everyone is convinced. Dr. Eric Bernstein says he’s intrigued by the laser treatment, but that more research on their effectiveness needs to be done.

“I have yet to see a convincing peer reviewed controlled study demonstrating that it’s effective,” he said.

Zerona’s manufacturer says the treatment results in an average loss of 3.6 inches from the legs or buttocks. It costs about $2,500 for six sessions.

“He is going through a rejuvenation process for his skin,” Chicago Cubs employee Rebecca Polihronis told the Chicago Tribune. “He was surprised he came out looking so white.”

Sosa, 40,  was photographed showing his skin obviously paler than normal on Nov. 4 at an awards event in Las Vegas, leading to questions as to whether he he may have Vitiligo.

Some suspected his lighter complexion is tied to purported steroid use. Sosa was reportedly included in a list of 103 players who failed a voluntary drug test in 2003.

Polihronis insisted the camera added 10 units of brightness.

“People who saw him in person did not react the same way. He can’t believe it is such a big deal,” she said. “He is not trying to be Michael Jackson.”

NEW ORLEANS – Plastic surgeon, Ralph Newsome 45, was stabbed to death Saturday night. According to authorities an arsonist then lit his French Quarter home on fire in an attempt to cover evidence.

Edwin Holmes, a spokesman for the New Orleans Fire Department said firefighters found the body on the second floor after breaking into the  home about 3 a.m.

Investigators found flammable liquid, probably gasoline, that may have been used to start and spread the flames, Holmes said.

Newsome was a prominent plastic and reconstructive surgeon known for healing the disfigured limbs and facial features of trauma victims and skin cancer patients. He was an instructor, at Tulane University’s School of Medicine.

Doctor Douglas Slakey, the chairman of surgery at Tulane Hospital says “I’ve never seen a more committed physician. He dealt with patients with cancer for reconstruction with birth defects. He was so devoted to his patients and improving their quality. He was one of the truly committed. He was back in his home in french quarter immediately after the flood and he worked tirelessly to bring healthcare to New Orleans. I’ve never seen a more committed person who really embodied what we all love about New Orleans. The enthusiasm the love, the commitment.”
