This week Maxim model, Monica Hansen, was awarded a $564,555 default judgment, according to TMZ.

The 6’1″ Norweigian model, who has been a cover girl for Maxim, Stuff and Esquire magazine, recently sued her breast implant plastic surgeon for using her image without her permission. Ms Hansen was named Maxim Woman of the Year in 2006.

According to the suit, Dr. Leonard M. Hochstein, used photos of his former patient to advertise on his website lhochsteinmd.com. The pictures have since been taken down but according to Ms Hansen, the damage is done. She said that didn’t give him permission and she has filed court documents in order o be  compensated for the breach.

The judgment is not a reflection of the plastic surgeon’s work.
