At MAI™, we sculpt the body by injecting a Mesotherapy "cocktail" that dissolves fat in a targeted site and leaves the rest of the body unchanged. The “cocktail” modifies the biology of the fat cells, triggering the release of stored fat. After the treatment, the bulge caused by the fatty mesoderm is measurably reduced. Our clients report losing 2-5 inches! Better yet, Mesotherapy/ Lipodissolve are proven methods for melting fat and reducing cellulite successfully and permanently in target area(s).
Lipodissolve is a form of Mesotherapy that was started in Italy and Brazil several years ago using phosphatidylcholine injections. We practice both Mesotherapy and Lipodissolve. Our Physician will determine which "cocktail" of medications to use depending on what needs to be treated

- Mesotherapy - Dr. Ringwald trained with Dr. Abdala Kalil
MD, one of the leaders in the field of Mesotherapy. Dr.
Kalil is President and cofounder of the American Society
of Aesthetic Mesotherapy, President of the American Board
of Aesthetics and Mesotherapy, and Vice Chairman of the
Eastern Chapter of the American Academy of Aesthetic
Medicine. Dr. Ringwald is a certified Mesotherapist and
member of the American Society of Aesthetics &
Mesotherapy(ASAM). ASAM is a scientific society
exclusively devoted to the development and the diffusion
of Aesthetic Mesotherapy and other cutting-edge cosmetic
procedures.
- Photofacial Rejuvenation - Dr. Ringwald trained with Dr.
Vic Narrukar and Dr. Jean Carruthers in the use of Botox
in combination with using the latest technology of
Intense Pulse Light (IPL). Dr. Vic Narrukar is a renowned
Aesthetic Dermatologist in San Francisco, and an
international lecturer on Aesthetic procedures.
- Lasers and their applications - Dr. Ringwald has trained
with Dr. Gregory Chernoff, a plastic surgeon who has been
featured on Dateline NBC, ABC, BBC World, and in TIME and
Newsweek magazines.
- Botox - Dr. Ringwald has trained with Dr. Jean Carruthers,
an Aesthetic Facial Ophthalmologist and a Clinical
Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Vancouver,
British Columbia. Jean and her dermatologist husband Dr.
Alastair Carruthers, pioneered the cosmetic use of the
Botox procedure in 1987! Jean Carruthers is International
Editor for publications including the Journal of Cosmetic
Laser Surgery, and the American Journal of Cosmetic
Surgery.
- Restylane - Dr. Ringwald trained with Dr. Arnold Klein,
Department of Dermatology, David Geffer School of
Medicine, University of California Los Angeles
