7. Subscribers, Listees and Advertisers
Subscribers, listees and advertisers are responsible for ensuring that the
material that they submit to the website is accurate and complies with
any applicable laws. All doctors and specialists that are listed in the
Get Meso directory or choose to advertise on the website claim to be licensed
in the state in which they practice. Advertising laws for doctors, specialists
and/or advertisers may vary from state to state and each doctor, specialist
and/or advertiser agrees to abide by the applicable laws for their state.
Each doctor, specialist and advertiser is responsible for the information
that is posted on the website. Because it is difficult to confirm the authenticity
of doctors, specialists and advertisers on the Internet, Get Meso cannot
and does not confirm that any doctor, specialist or advertiser are who
they claim to be. Get Meso shall not be liable for any loss or damage of
any sort incurred as the result of any misrepresentations or dealings with
doctors, specialists or advertisers listed on this website. All content
submitted by a listee or advertiser is reviewed and may be refused at the
sole discretion of the editor. Linking to other websites must be approved
by the editior. GetMeso.com has sole control of the content decisions of
the site.
8. Pricing
Prices for directory listings are based on one office location and are determined by the package that the subscriber chooses.Packages are posted in the section titled Packages in section 9 below.
9. Packages
a.) Courtesy Listing
This listing displays your practice name, address and phone number only. There is no link to your website or contact form. You will have only one procedure that is searchable for this level that is the main theme of the site ìmesotherapyî. This listing is below the basic listings on the search results page.

b.) Basic Listing
This listing includes a complete doctor profile where you can list all of your procedures. You will be able to be found in the search results under any procedure you perform that is listed in the search drop down menu. Basic listings are below the featured listings and above the basic listings.

c.) Featured Listing
Your photo and information will rotate with other featured doctors in the search results for your city and state providing a direct link to your profile page. You will also have a basic status in the search results page for your procedures and cities based on your county or the search radius determined by the search program functionality.

Note: A credit card will be required for recurring monthly billings. Your credit card will be charged to Studio 1 Design and Hosting (owners of GetMeso.com) and will be reflected on your monthly credit card statement.
10. Refusal of Service
Get Meso reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel any
service. Violation of any Get Meso terms and conditions could result in
a warning, suspension, or possible account termination. Accounts terminated
due to terms and conditions policy violations will not be refunded.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Meso from any and all demands,
liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's
fees asserted against Get Meso, its agents, Its affiliates, its customers,
officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided
or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by you, your
agents, employees or assigns. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Get Meso against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or
property caused by any services or products sold or otherwise used or distributed
in connection with Get Meso (2) any material supplied by you infringing
or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and
(3) copyright infringement. You are solely liable for any transmission
of data, content, messages or communications that you provide to the website.
This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.
12. Refunds
Purchases such as, but not limited to directory listings, advertisements,
web site design, search engine optimization, marketing and consulting are
non-refundable. Refunds resulting from our decision to terminate your service
may or may not be issued and are at our sole discretion.
13. Cancellations
Only a 10-day advanced written request to terminate your subscription service
relieves you of your obligation to pay the monthly charge. The advertiser
or member is aware that once an ad or subscription is cancelled, all data
and information on the Get Meso site pertaining to the ad or listing will
be removed. If your profile page has established any rankings within the
search engine results such as Google, Yahoo, MSN or any other search engine,
we will not be responsible in any way for any loss of rankings if your
profile page is removed.
14. Payment Terms
Subscribers, listees and advertisers are responsible for providing up-to-date
payment information. Get Meso will not be held responsible should your
payment information become out-of-date. Get Meso requires a subscriber
or advertiser or agent of the subscriber or advertiser to keep their credit
card on file with Get Meso or its affiliates including (Studio 1 Design
and Hosting). If payment is by credit card, you authorize Get Meso or its
affiliate (Studio 1 Design and Hosting) to charge your credit card listed
either on the order form or provided by you for charges due for Get Meso
services, or for any charges or past-due balances in order to bring your
account up to current status. Credit cards are used for recurring payments
or requested services and are billed and charged automatically at the agreed-upon
intervals. Get Meso may charge any past due amounts to the provided card
at any time. Accounts are in default if payment is not received on the
due date. Accounts unpaid after due date may have their service interrupted.
Such interruption does not relieve the subscriber or advertiser from the
obligation to pay any charges that are due. Only a 10-day advanced written
request to terminate your service relieves you of your obligation to pay
the subscription or advertising charges. In the event of default, you agree
to pay Get Meso or its affiliate (Studio 1 Design and Hosting) its reasonable
expenses, including attorney and collection agency fees, incurred in enforcing
its rights under these Terms and Conditions. All pricing is guaranteed
for a period of one-year as long as the subscriber or advertiser does not
cancel their service.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions of use of this website are governed by the laws
of the State of California. You consent and agree that the state or federal
courts of California will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any
action or controversy that may arise.
